Ingredients

  • Stuffed biscuits:
  • 1 can refrigerated big biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 8 maple sausage breakfast patties
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Flavor God Garlic Lovers
  • Pinch of Flavor God S+P
  • Gravy:
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2-1 tsp Flavor God Cajun
  • 1.5 cup whole milk
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Flavor God Garlic & Herb Salt, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook the breakfast patties in a pan over medium heat.
Remove from pan and drain over paper towels.
Set aside.
Use the same pan and cook/scramble the eggs with garlic lovers and s+p.
Set aside.
Open the can of biscuits separate each piece.
Slice each in half, lengthwise, but not cutting all the way through
Place a patty in the middle and spoon some scrambled eggs on top.
Fold over the other half of the biscuit and pinch edges together.
Place on a lined baking sheet.
Repeat with the rest.
Bake in the oven for 13-16 minutes or until cooked all the way through and golden.
While it bakes, prepare the gravy.In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, flour and Cajun seasoning.
Mix well and let cook for 2 minutes.
Slowly add in milk while continuing to stir to remove and lumps.
Add black pepper and garlic & herb salt to taste.
Cook until slightly thickened.
