Ingredients
- 6 english breakfast sausages (I use cooked Mennonite sausages or wieners)
- 398 ml can stewed tomatoes (or a few tomatoes cut up)
- 1 tsp chipotle pepper (powder)
- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 540 ml can bean medley, rinsed and drained (or pork and beans)
- 1-2 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup diced onion

Step 1
1. Cook onion in a little olive oil.]
2. Cook sausages if using raw ones.
3. Add rest of ingredients.
4. Heat and serve with toast.
