Ingredients
- 10 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup broken walnuts
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs separated
- 3 sq unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- Whip cream

Preparation
Step 1
Melt 4 tbsp butter. Stir in brown sugar. Heat until bubbly. Add syrup and cream. Heat until just starts to boil.
Add nuts. Put in buttered 10" bundt pan
Beat remaining butter and add sugar, egg yolk, chocolate and vanilla
Add flour mixture, alternate with milk. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold in cake batter. Put over nut mixture in pan
Oven 350
Bake 45 minutes
Invert cake and serve with whip cream
