Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 white onion, peeled and finely sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and finely sliced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 provolone cheese slices

Step 1
In a large resealable bag, place chicken breasts, soy sauce, onion and pepper. Marinate 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Drain chicken and vegetables, discarding marinade. Place in the skillet and brown for about 8 minutes; remove from heat.
Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Top each chicken breast with part of the vegetable mixture and cover with a slice of cheese. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown and chicken is cooked.
