Strawberry Muffins

Ingredients

• Butter - 1/2 cup, softened
• Sugar - 3/4 cup
• Egg - 1
• Flour - 2 cups
• Baking Powder - 2 tbsp.
• Salt - 1/2 tsp.
• Milk - 1/2 cup
• Vanilla - 1/2 tsp.
• Strawberries, 2 cups, fresh, chopped
• Sugar - 3 tsp.
• Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Cream butter and sugar together. Add egg and mix well. Mix together flour, salt and baking powder in separate bowl. Add flour mixture and milk alternately to butter mixture. Add vanilla. Gently stir in strawberries. Spoon batter into 24 lined muffin pans. Bake 20 – 25 minutes.
