Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped and sauteed in 2 T butter until soft
- 1 can black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 T Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 envelope Original Buttermilk Ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients except mozzarella and put in a lightly greased one quart baking dish.
Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving
Serve with corn chips.
