Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped and sauteed in 2 T butter until soft
  • 1 can black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 T Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 envelope Original Buttermilk Ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients except mozzarella and put in a lightly greased one quart baking dish.
Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving
Serve with corn chips.
