Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into 1/2in cubes.
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 small red apples, cored and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/4 cup walnut pieces or sliced almonds
- 6 tbs fat free plain yogurt
- 6 tbs mayo
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Step 1
1. Combine chicken, celery, cranberries, apples and nuts in medium bowl; toss well.
2. Whisk together yogurt, mayo, and cinnamon in small bowl.
3. Spoon dressing over chicken mixture. Toss gently to coat. Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
