White Chicken Enchilada's

Ingredients
- 3-4 boneless chicken breasts(shredded)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 small can choped olives
- 1 small can mild green chilis
- 18-20 soft taco size flour tortillas
- large brick Monterey jack cheese(grated)

Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl mix together both soups, sour cream, chili's, olives, & about 1 1/2c. shredded cheese. Put a little of the mixture ont he bottom of the large glass purex dish. Spread a good size amount of the mixture on the tortilla, then put some chicken on top of that mixture & roll up. Lay in pyrex dish until full. Put the extra mixture evenly over the top of the enchilada's. Take the remaining cheese & sprinkle over the top. Bake int he oven at 350 degrees for 25 min. uncovered.
