- 4 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cocoa
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 ⁄8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 dash salt
- 1 ⁄8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 teaspoons water
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Stir together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla, water and oil until the batter is smooth and chocolate-colored.
2. Pour the batter into greased and floured cake pan (the rectangle pan works well).
3. Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until you see the sides of the cake separate from the pan.
4. Remove cake and cool. Frost as desired.
5. Top with your favorite chocolate ganache recipe
