- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley (or 1 tsp diced)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp balsamic or red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp minced fresh rosemary (or 1/4 tsp dried)
- 1 clove garlic minced
- pepper
- 2 steaks

Step 1
Blend first 6 ingredients in shallow pan. Add steaks, turning to coat both sides. Let marinate at least 1 hour.
Prepare barbecue, drain steaks and sprinkle with salt. Grill to desired doneness.
