Chilaquiles
By ClaudiaJan
A festive eatery full of color, spice, and high spirits, El Charro has been run by the same family since 1922, shortly after Arizona became a state. Meat lovers can add cooked chorizo or bacon. Click here for details and 18 more great American breakfasts.
