Ingredients
- 1 ciabatta or other crusty, light roll
- 1 oz Gorgonzola
- 3 strips of bacon
- 2 eggs
- Butter
- Kosher salt and pepper
- 1 oz frisée
- Olive oil
- Red wine vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
directions:
1. Slice roll in half and spread Gorgonzola on top piece. Place 3 strips of bacon on bottom. Heat both halves in a very hot oven (or toaster oven) until cheese softens.
2. Fry 2 eggs in butter to over medium and season to taste with kosher salt and pepper.
3. Place eggs on bacon and top with frisée spritzed with olive oil and red wine vinegar. Add more salt and pepper to taste. Replace top half of roll.
