Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 packages quick rise yeast
  • flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients, except flour, until bubbles form. Add one more cup warm water. Add flour (at least 5 1/2 cups), until firm dough consistency- will need to knead this in.
Rise, until doubled.
Roll out dough and brush with melted butter; sprinkle cinnamon + sugar.
Form jelly roll and cut into equal portions.
Place in buttered baking dishes and bake at 350 for about 22 minutes.
