Ingredients
- 2 cups catsup
- 2 cups chili sauce
- 1 cup coarse chopped onion
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tbs. lime juice
- 2 tbs. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbs. minced garlic (6 cloves)
- 1 tbs. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Preparation
Step 1
In a 4 qt. saucepan, blend and bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer for 30-40 minutes. Pour over ribs in a shallow pan (one layer of ribs). Cover with goil and bake at 300 degrees for one hour. Remove the foil and increase the heat to 475 degrees. Bake for another 30 min., turning and basting every 10 minutes.
