Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. sesame oil
  • 2 T rice vinegar
  • 1/4 t soy sauce
  • 1 T sesame seeds
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 8 small or 6 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 10 radishes, thinly siced

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all liquids and whisk together

2. Toast sesame seeds and salt in a skillet over medium heat until they begin to pop, 2 minutes.

3. Immediately add sesame seeds and salt to liquid. Let sit 5 minutes. Add cucumbers and radishes. Toss. Refrigerate until serving.
