Ingredients
- 1/4 c. sesame oil
- 2 T rice vinegar
- 1/4 t soy sauce
- 1 T sesame seeds
- 1/2 t salt
- 8 small or 6 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
- 10 radishes, thinly siced

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all liquids and whisk together
2. Toast sesame seeds and salt in a skillet over medium heat until they begin to pop, 2 minutes.
3. Immediately add sesame seeds and salt to liquid. Let sit 5 minutes. Add cucumbers and radishes. Toss. Refrigerate until serving.
