Ingredients
- 24 Arrowroot cookies, broken into bite size pieces
- 3 cup mini-marshmallows
- 1/2 cup pecans, broken
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Icing
- 1 small pkg cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cup icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Combine cookies, marshmallows and pecans in a large bowl.
Melt butter and sugar. Add egg.
Bring to boil, but don't boil. Add vanilla.
Pour hot mixture over cookie mixture.
Pour into 9x9 pan.
When cooled, top with icing.
Icing
Cream margarine and cream cheese. Add icing sugar and vanilla.
