Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup margarine
• 3 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 tsp almond extract
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg yolk
• 2 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients, excluding flour.
Add flour and chill for 2 hours.
Roll 1/8 inch thick.
Bake 375 for 7 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
