Favorite Crockpot Chili

I tweaked a recipe that was posted on Key Ingredient based on what I had on hand and to ensure this recipe was entirely syn-free on Slimming World. Yum!

Ingredients
- 1 kg ground lean turkey
- 1 large chopped onion
- 2 (15 oz.) cans red kidney beans, drained
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans chopped tomatoes
- 1 green pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 2 to 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 cup passata (tomato sauce)
- 1 tsp sweetener
- salt, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large skillet, brown ground turkey with the chopped onion.
2. Put the turkey, onions, and other ingredients in a 3 1/2 to 5-quart slow cooker. Stir well.
3. Cover and cook on low for 9 to 11 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
