Ingredients
- 8 oz boneless, skinless, chicken breast, uncooked
- Garlic powder to taste
- 2 tbs light soy sauce
- 2 c fresh broccoli, bite size pieces
- 2 tsp evoo
- 1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 c water

Preparation
Step 1
While chicken is partially frozen cut into strips. Coat with garlic and soy. Marinate 20-30 minutes. In large skillet or wok cook broccoli in evoo. Add chicken and marinate. Cook, stirring often until chicken is no longer pink. Add cornstarch mix and cook until thickened.
