Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 bag (16-ounces) frozen assorted vegetables, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 jar (16-ounces) Five Brothers Creamy Alfredo Pasta Sauce
  • 1 pkg (8-ounces) fettuccine, cooked and drained.

Preparation

Step 1

In 12-inch skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook vegetables and salt, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until vegetables are temder. Stir in alfredo sauce and bring to a boil over low heat.

In a serving bowl, toss hot sauce mixture with fettuccine and, if desired, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.

For a fresh Garden Primavera, substitute sauteed fresh asparagus, red bell pepper and yellow squash or the frozen vegetables.
