Peach Pound Cake

You could substitute blueberries or strawberries for the peaches

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soft butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp B.S., Salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups diced peaches

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl cream butter and sugar til fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat in extracts.
Combine flour, B.S., salt.
Add to batter.
Alternate with sour cream
Fold in peaches

Pour into greased pan and bake 350* - 60-70 min.

Cool and then dust with icing powder
