Ingredients

• 2 cups shortening
• 1/2 cup non-dairy powder coffee creamer
• (such as coffee mate)
• 1/2 tsp almond extract
• 1/4 - 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 32 oz bag of confection sugar
• 1/2 - 3/4 cup of water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat shortening, creamer and extracts

2. Gradually beat in confection sugar

3. Add water until desired consistancy
