Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp B.S., B.P.,salt.
- Streusel Mix
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
CAKE
Cream butter, sugar till fluffy. Add eggs one at as time. Add Vanilla, Sour Cream and beat.
Add flour, B.S., B.P., and salt. Mix til moistened.
Spread 1/2 of the streusel mix in bottom of greased bundt pan then add batter.
Spread remaining streusel mix on top of cake mixture.
Bake 350* 45 min or until knife comes out clean
