Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c all purpose flour
- 1/4 c unsalted butter, cut into pieces, soften
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp dried crushed red pepper
- 1 tbs half and half

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients in food processor, process until crumbly. Add half and half and process until a ball can be formed.
Turn onto well floured surface and roll to 8x10 rectangle, about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 1/2 inch strips, dipping knife in flour after each cut to ensure clean cuts. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 350* for 12 minutes or until edges are slightly browned. Cool on baking sheets and break into desired lengths.
