Ingredients
- 3/4 c whole wheat flour
- 3/4 c flour
- 1/4 c oat
- 2 TBS sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 2 TBS + 1 tsp Exta virgin olive oil
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg white
- 1 1/4 c blueberries (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine: flours, oat, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
2. In a separtate bowl whisk together milk 2 TBS oil, egg and egg white.
3. Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and add wet ingredients mixing well.
