Preparation

Step 1

One of my favorite quick side dishes is to open a box of Rice-A-Roni or Pasta-Roni. They taste good and are super easy to make. I saw a version of this recipe floating around on

We served the noodles with one of our favorite grilled chicken recipes,

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and stir, allowing it to cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the butter; cook until melted. Add the salt, pepper and chicken stock.

Turn the heat up to high and let come to a boil.

Add the pasta and cook for 4-5 minutes. Once pasta is tender, reduce the heat to medium and stir in the parmesan, cream and parsley until cheese is completely melted. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
