Ingredients
- 4 large white potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 stick (4-ounces) butter
- 1 envelope (1.2-ounces) onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon dill seed (or rosemary)
- Cheddar cheese for topping (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Spray baking sheet with Pam. Place sliced potatoes onto sheet. Cover with butter, onion soup mix and spiced. Bake 30 minutes.
Top with cheese and return to oven just long enough to melt the cheese.
