Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 2 rgg yolks, beaten
- 2 Tbs evaporated milk
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Tabasco
- 1/2 tsp white pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt butter in 1 qt microwaveable dish
2. Add all other ingredients and beat with mixer until well blended
3. Microwave on high for 2 mins.
4. Beat again until smooth.
