Ingredients
- 1 Pillsbury frozen pie crust
- 1 cup half and half
- 4 eggs slightly beaten. (I probably would use 5 next time.)
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 4 ounces Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion (optional). I cut the onion up fine and saluted it.
- Diced ham. (I didn't measure. Used a ham steak.)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pie crust in a 9-inch glass pie plate.
In a medium bowl, mix half-and-half, eggs, salt and pepper. Set aside. Layer ham, cheeses and onions in the crust-lined plate. Pour egg mixture over.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes.
(The quiche will rise while cooking and turn a beautiful brown on top.)
