- 6 Oz. Beer
- 4 Tbsp Melted Butter
- 1 Egg
- 2 1/4 Cups Flour
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne
- 1/4 tsp Garlic salt
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Directions:
Mix together the beer, butter, and egg.
In a separate bowl combine the the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cayenne, and salt.
Using a dough hook on your mixer, add the dry to the wet and form into a dough. The dough will be a touch sticky.
Add in the cheese and spin until mixed.
Grease a bread pan and spread the dough in.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 60 minutes.
