Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 lbs. ribs, rubbed with salt and pepper
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 bay leaf

Preparation
Step 1
Bake ribs 1 hour without water. While ribs are baking, prepare and simmer on low heat the following sauce:
Spread sauce over ribs and continue baking until ribs are well done.
