  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 cups cubed cooked potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, over low heat blend milk into cream cheese. If neessary beat smooth with rotary beater. Stir in onion and salt. Add cubed potatoes, stir carefully to coat. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole, sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven or cook in saucepan over low heat until heated through.
