Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon dry white wine
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon onion juice (put a small wedge of onion through a garlic press)
- 1 small clove of garlic, pressed
- 1/2 lb fresh crab meat
- 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 1/8 cup minced parsley

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a sauce pan over low heat, combine cheese, mayonnaise, wine, mustard, sugar, onion juice and garlic. Stir constantly, heat until thoroughly combined.
2. Fold in crab meat.
3. Transfer to hot dip server.
4. Garnish with parsley and silvered almonds.
4. Serve with crusty bread or crackers
