Ingredients
- 1 oz Yeast
- 1/2 cup Warm Water
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 5 cups Flour
- 3 Tbsp Cream Cheese
- 6 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Boiling Water
- 1 Tbsp Baking Soda
- Minced Garlic

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and sugar. Add juice, oil, salt and flour. Knead to form a smooth dough. Let rise for 1 1/2 hours.
Roll the dough on a floured surface into an 18"x14" rectangle. Thinly spread the cream cheese over the dough and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cut into 10 strips.
Roll the edges of the dough together to conceal and contain the cheese filling, seal the ends, and shape into a pretzel shape. Let rise for 30 minutes.
Combine boiling water and baking soda and brush pretzels well. Sprinkle pretzels with minced garlic. Bake @ 400 for 15 min or until golden.
