Ingredients
- 5 c cubed cooked chicken
- 2 c celery, chopped
- 5 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 can (103/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 3/4 c mayonnaise
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs+ pimento, chopped
- 1 tsp+ onion, finely chopped
- 1 c+ (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (3oz) chow mein noodles( I used larger size)
- 1/2 c slivered almonds, toasted

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. Transfer to a lightly greased baking dish. Top with noodles and almonds. Cover and refrigerate overnight.Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned and casserole is bubbly.
