A real 70's classic for my family. It was my Go To dish for company for years! Talk about comfort food!
Make this dish the day before and bake just before serving.

Ingredients
- 6 Russet potatoes, boiled with skins, peeled, then grated
- 10 oz. sour cream
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients all together. Put in casserole dish and sprinkle with additional shredded cheddar. 2 Refrigerate overnight, if possible. 3 Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for 30-40 minutes, until heated through.
