Ingredients
- 5 oz. (about 2/3 cup) So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk Beverage
- 5 large strawberries
- 1/4 tsp. coconut extract
- 2 no-calorie sweetener packets (like Splenda or Truvia)

Step 1
Throw all the ingredients in a blender (use a Magic Bullet, if you've got one) and add LOTS of crushed ice (about a cup). Blend it, pour, and enjoy!
MAKES 1 SERVING
