Ingredients

2 cups white sugar
2/3 cup oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups boiling water

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs and vanilla, beating well. Combine the dry ingredients and add ALTERNATELY with boiling water. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes. Also excellent for cupcakes.
