Ingredients
- 1 small Onion, diced finely
- 8 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 1/2 cups Water
- 1 cup Brown Rice
- 2 Tbsp Beef Broth Powder
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- (1/2 lb ground beef)
- 1 Tbsp Fresh or dried Chopped Parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil over high heat and brown onion for 5 minutes. Add chopped meat (if using) and crushed garlic. Brown approximately 5-7 minutes.
Add water and bring to a boil. Add rice and beef broth powder. Mix and return to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Remove from heat. Add in parsley flakes.
