- 10 oz Romaine Lettuce

- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Canola Oil
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp Ground Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper

Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Toss with dressing.
