Ingredients
- 1 32oz. pkg. frozen, shredded potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 12 oz. American cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 c. butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes in 9x13 pan. Mix together next six ingredients and pour over potatoes. Top with corn flakes and melted butter. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
Freezes well.
