Breadsticks Wrapped in Prosciutto

One thin slice of prosciutto ham spread with a nippy mustard butter wraps nicely around a crisp breadstick. If you're using Westphalia or other similar ham, you may need more than one slice.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) butter, softened
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) grainy mustard
- 16 very thin slices prosciutto or Westphalian ham (about 1/3 lb/175 g)
- 16 breadsticks

Step 1
Beat butter with mustard until well blended. Spread about 1 tsp (5 ml) over each slice of prosciutto; wrap around breadstick.
