Ingredients
- 1-1/2 Tbl butter
- 1-1/2 Tbl flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1-1/2 C cream
- 2 Tbl sugar
- 3 C fresh, frozen or canned whole kernel corn

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in heavy saucepan, add flour and salt, stirring to blend. Slowly add cream, stirring constantly until thickened. Add sugar and corn, heat through.
For Au Gratin:
Place in 9 or 10 inch shallow casserole dish, sprinkle with 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Brown under broiler.
