Ingredients

  • 1 Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 can ( 16 oz. ) pumpkin
  • 1 can ( 12 oz. ) Evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups. sugar
  • 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup. chopped pecans
  • 1 cup. butter, melted
  • whipped topping

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350*. Grease bottom only of 9x 13 " pan.
Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, spice, sugar,and salt. Pour into
prepared pan, sprinkle with DRY Cake Mix over top, evenly.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts over cake mix. Drizzle melted
butter over top. Bake for 50 - 55 mins. until golden.
Cool Completely. Serve with whipped topping.
Refrigerate leftover cake.
