Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 cup champagne vinegar
- 2 tbsp chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/2 cup olive oil

Step 1
Combine first 10 ingredients (through garlic) in a blender. Process until mixture is smooth. Slowly add olive oil while blender is running, process until well combined.
