Ingredients
- Whole Wheat Flour, 1.25 cup
- Baking Powder, 1 tsp
- Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
- Salt, .25 tsp
- Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1 cup (not packed)
- *Yogurt, Stonyfield Farm fat free plain, 1 cup
- EggBeaters Original, 2 cups

Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Add Wet to dry and blend. Cook on medium high griddle until lightly browned on each side. Use 1/4 c batter per pancake.
