Ingredients

  • 45 Mini Frozen Phyllo Shells
  • 16 oz Frozen Spinach, defrosted and drained
  • 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tspOregano

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix the spinach with the eggs, garlic, salt, and oregano. Lay the phyllo shells on the prepared cookie sheet. Place 1 Tbsp filling in each shell. Bake @ 375 for 15 minutes.

Serve warm or at room temperature.

These can be frozen raw. Bake straight from freezer and add 5 min to baking time.
