Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2/3 cup wheat flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- Walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Put in greased cake pan. Bake 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. Top with cream cheese frosting.
