Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1 medium grated onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- Sauce:
- 1 jar chili sauce
- 1 jar grape jelly
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix the meatball ingredients and shape into small balls.
2. Mix the sauce ingredients and heat up on the stove while shaping the meatballs.
3. Drop the meatballs into the sauce.
4. Simmer for 45 - 60 minutes.
5. Refrigerate over-night so you can skim off the fat.
6. Reheat and serve!
* Great re-heated in a crock pot if you need them to stay hot for a long time, otherwise you can re-heat on the stove or in the microwave.
