Ingredients
- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 - 8 oz. can hot "mexican style" tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack
- sliced olives

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Cover the bottom of the baking dish with 1 cup tortilla chips. Layer shredded chicken over the chips. Layer onions over the chicken., Top with remaining tortilla chips.
In a separate bowl, combine the tomato sauces; spread evenly over the casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake for 20 minute or until hot and bubbly. Garnish with sliced olives.
